Development Consulting – By utilizing our Development Consulting Services, we function as a virtual team member by assisting with tasks such as on-site system configuration & product orientation, as well as platform test and validation. Our consultants on-site can also help with application portability, analysis and recommendations and can work closely with the Emerson Development support team to close critical development issues in a very short time frame.

Development Support – Development Support Services support the client during their development cycle using the same proven tool methodology and processes as the in-deployment technical support center to quickly manage and close technical development issues. Our Development support team has direct and worldwide backup access to all the Subject Matter Experts for your Emerson platform plus a 24*7 access to the Client’s Resource Center (CRC) – Emerson’s online technical information portal (latest SW patches, updates, workarounds, documentation).

This service Includes assistance with “how to” tasks such as software installation and configuration, understanding how to integrate a custom or 3rd party software product, registry configuration, customization and tuning.

Jump Start Program – Jump Start program is a 2-3 day session for Client’s Engineers lead by EMERSON Subject Matter Experts covering a variety of xTCA Centellis/Avantellis topics in the System Validation lab to kick off the client’s development and create real dialogue between engineers. This program allows our clients to collaborate with and learn from the top Emerson subject matter experts and is held at an Emerson facility in actual engineering labs to help facilitate the learning process.Service Overview

 

Technology Training – During early stage product development, additional training is often required to get your team up to speed on new technologies or industry standards. We offer a variety of instructor-led and on-demand technical training courses to fill in the knowledge gaps.

These training offerings are a great base to get your whole development team up to speed on the same level quickly and to analyze proactively with our Subject matter training experts where knowledge gaps/risks might be and to close them quickly via additional trainings or tailored services like Development Consulting.

Reliability and Availability services
- R&A services offer FMECA and a variety other reports for standard ATCA components above MTBF analysis plus R+A test/analysis of fully configured systems up to the HA application modeling.
Engineering Integration and migration services
- Engineering integration services offer the full client specific integration up to the application base level up to the Avantellis HA MW layer frame-level integration and proof-of-concept design including 3rd party vendor component and client’s component integration with full verification testing.

- DES offers Engineering services for HW and SW product changes up to completely tailored designs for clients
