Happy New Year from Stephen Dow

Stephen DowHappy New Year! Although we are a little over a month into 2008, I wanted to be sure to make this statement since this year, these three words carry a dual meaning for our organization and our customers.

As you know, as of midnight on December 31st, 2007, Motorola’s embedded communications computing business officially became part of Emerson. More specifically, we are now the Embedded Computing business of Emerson Network Power! It is great to be able to make this statement since, as you know, we couldn’t begin to do business as Emerson until the deal was finalized. As our valued customer, your continued satisfaction is always top of mind for us and I commend your patience, understanding, and commitment while all mandatory quiet periods expired.

Now that we have officially transitioned to Emerson Network Power, we have hit the ground running to finalize the integration. In addition, in the best interest of our customers, employees, and the industry, we have combined forces with Emerson Network Power’s Madison Embedded Computing group to form one unified team. Clearly stated, we are now ONE organization equipped to be the go-to solution for all your embedded computing needs.

Going forward, our most important focus right now is capitalizing on the momentum we have worked so hard to build last year. Specifically, we will continue to be a customer-focused organization serving telecom, defense & aerospace, medical, and industrial automation market segments worldwide. Rest assured, we will continue to deliver quality products at the highest level of service and satisfaction, which you have come to expect.

In closing, thank you for your continued support. You are truly a valued customer and we look forward to 2008 to be a new beginning filled with unlimited possibilities and exciting opportunities for growth.

Regards,
Stephen Dow
